Job Summary
Our client, a reputable construction company based in Lagos, is seeking an experienced Aluminum Supervisor/Team Lead to manage aluminum product installations in construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality control of installations
- Coordinate material orders
- Oversee on-site assembly
- Manage a team of installers
- Provide progress updates to project managers
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 15 years experience in curtain walling systems
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
