Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: N50,00 per month
We are seeking a dedicated Waitress to join our professional team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, including greeting them, taking orders, offering menu recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Ensure accurate order placement and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff for timely meal delivery.
- Set up dining tables, serve food promptly, handle payments, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service industry experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
