Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems to track the progress and impact of our programs. This role involves developing data collection tools, analyzing data, and providing insightful reports to improve program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing monitoring frameworks, and supporting program staff in implementing M&E plans. The Manager will also lead learning initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and organizational growth.
