Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Factory Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing efficiency improvements. The Factory Production Supervisor will also be in charge of training and evaluating staff performance to ensure a smooth production process.
