Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Manager with expertise in Legal matters. As the Human Capital Manager / Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and legal compliance within our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, and professional development programs.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of employment law, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in human resources management. A background in legal affairs will be an advantage.
