Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
