Job Description
Ominira Initiative for Economic Advancement is seeking a Programs Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo. Responsibilities include project execution, administrative tasks, and fundraising strategies. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of non-profit program management experience, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Admin tasks: scheduling, document prep, event planning
- Project implementation and monitoring
- Grant applications and milestone management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or Management
- 2 years in non-profit program management
