Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A Analyst) is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization. Responsibilities include developing financial models, analyzing results, creating reports, and offering guidance on financial matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
- Analyze results and recommend strategies.
- Create reports and presentations.
- Provide guidance on planning and analysis.
- Monitor trends and collaborate for accurate reporting.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Support financial goal achievement and ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and team-work skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
