Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production workers.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess Technical/Trade Test certificates in carpentry & joinery or related qualifications.
- Must have 10-15 years of experience in furniture production and installation.
- Proficient in quality management practices and production planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process improvement and cost reduction strategies.
