Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Learning & Development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s learning and development programs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult education, instructional design, and training methodologies. You will be tasked with assessing the skills needs of the organization, developing training materials, and mentoring the L&D team.
