Job Description
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing orders, and updating customer accounts. Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
