Job Description
Position: HR Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile HR data from various sources
- Clean and organize data for accuracy
- Develop dashboards and reports for decision-making
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends
- Analyze data for actionable insights
- Support data-driven HR policies
- Assist in performance and benefit evaluations
- Conduct job audits and HR investigations
- Analyze and present data to relevant parties
- Report on key HR metrics
- Analyze internal surveys for process improvement
- Support organizational goals
Requirements:
- BSc. in Human Resources or relevant field
- 3 – 5 years experience as an HR Analyst
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Knowledge of HR operations and management systems
- Proficient with HRIS and payroll software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
