Job Description
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our innovative Health insurance product tailored for small businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct needs assessments and provide relevant solutions
- Educate customers on product benefits
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Build strong relationships and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year telesales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of small business challenges (a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM software (a plus)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
