Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a hotel porter. As a key member of our hospitality staff, the hotel porter will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests by providing exceptional service in handling luggage, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest luggage promptly and ensure its secure transfer.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Collaborate with other teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Assist in cleaning public areas.
- Uphold high standards of customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other staff for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:
