Job Description
As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. Your main duties will include designing, developing, and implementing competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
You will also be in charge of administering benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and fairness in all compensation practices.
