Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our vessel fleet. Responsibilities include maintenance, ensuring compliance, and working with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement vessel maintenance programs
- Monitor performance and identify improvements
- Manage technical team and departmental budget
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to other departments
Qualifications:
- Valid certification for the role
- Experience in the maritime industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
- Knowledge of vessel operations and safety regulations
- Fluency in English
