Job Description
Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets regularly for management and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations for improved financial performance.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
