Job Description
Seven-Up Bottling Company is one of Nigeria’s largest manufacturing companies, known for iconic beverages like Pepsi, 7Up, and Aquafina. They are now hiring for the position of Procurement Operations Admin Analyst in Lagos
Position Overview:
- Facilitating prompt and accurate payment processes for all vendors
Responsibilities:
- Initiating vendor payments
- Maintaining purchase records
- Identification and escalation of overdue payments
- Updating payment tracker tools
- Reconciliation of vendors’ accounts
- Liaising with sourcing and finance teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to use ERP efficiently
